This template sets you up with a hypertrophy, strength peaking + test phases to cycle through the various rep ranges in order to become strong overall, but specifically in the squat, bench press and deadlift. There is supplemental bodybuilding accessory work and week 12 will be a test week to determine new 1 rep maxes. This template is meant to be reused as you can change out accessory work every time you run the program.
