We will use your current stats and dieting history to determine the path we need to take to proceed toward your goals. After reviewing that with you, we will start helping you implement lifestyle habits and behaviors to ultimately change your mindset and improve your health overall. Alongside your habits, we will prescribe specific nutrition guidelines to ensure you reach your goals in the most efficient manner possible, while making sure that you’re not restricting how you live your life. We truly believe in flexible dieting methods which allow you to eat the foods that YOU enjoy, because what is life without a little ice cream?

We promise to work WITH you to ensure that your individualized program FITS your lifestyle…not the other way around. We provide weekly check-ins to help you stay on track, access to our private Facebook group where we will send tidbits, videos, blogs + cheat sheets every single week, and we will explain the “why” behind our adjustments to your nutrition every step of the way. Our goal is to not only help you reach your goals in the most efficient way, but to learn WHY you’re doing what you’re doing in the first place.
